This is an action brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. 51 et seq., for injury alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff as a result of the defendant's negligence. The complaint alleges that defendant is a common carrier by railroad engaged in interstate commerce; that plaintiff is an employee of defendant; that on February 7, 1964, plaintiff was injured when ordered to help move a motor car from defendant's tracks...
