David M. Griver appeals from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the rejection on prior art of claim 3 in appellant's application1 entitled "Multi-Terminal Ground Stud." The remaining claims in the application stand withdrawn from consideration as not readable on the elected species, viz. the ground stud of Figs. 1 and 1a, hereinafter reproduced.
