This petition for certiorari was brought to review a decision of the zoning board of the town of Johnston wherein permission was granted for the erection of a dwelling house on a lot located in an area zoned for residential uses. Pursuant to the writ the respondent board has returned to this court a certified copy of the record in the cause.
