GARRITY, District Judge.

The petitioner, George J. Kleczka, by petition for a writ of habeas corpus on which he has been permitted to proceed in forma pauperis, seeks release from the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Walpole, generally called "State prison," where he is confined under a 1960 sentence which he has been serving in installments. Twice he has been released on parole and twice returned to State prison as a parole violator. Meanwhile...
