This is a petitory action in which plaintiffs request recognition as owners of an undivided one-half interest in certain real property situated in Lafourche Parish and formerly belonging to the community of acquets and gains existing between plaintiff's ancestors, Pierre Bourgeois and his wife, Marie Josephine Gaude, but which property was sold to pay succession and community debts in the administration of the estate of Marie Josephine Gaude Bourgeois...
