Lloyd G. Mazanowski was charged with speeding in North Strabane Township on July 26, 1965. Trooper James T. Morgan made information before Squire Henry Mavrich. The sole defense is the summons served on Mazanowski was defective in that it did not bear the justice's seal. This would appear to be a violation of the Act of April 23, 1903, P. L. 290, 42 PS §144.
