This is an automobile accident case. William K. Beaman through his father and next friend instituted a suit against the Duvall Transfer and Delivery Service for personal injuries. The father likewise sued for medical expenses and loss of services. The case was tried to a jury, and that body returned a verdict in favor of the boy for $6,800.00 and in favor of the father for $3,500.00. Both verdicts were approved by the trial...
