(1) Approved the compensation, final account, and resignation of Peter Seterdahl as administrator for the estate of John Baumgartner, Sr., deceased. (2) Allowed as reasonable, attorneys' fees in the sum of $3,500 for Howard E. Paulson and the firm of Nelson...
