Present in the store at the time of the incident were Ernie Vendervest, an employee of the complainant; Widiha Esman, a 9-year-old daughter of the complainant; and Widiha Esman's 10-year-old girl friend, Susan Hamzakls. Augustus Vinson, a friend of the defendant, and Ollie B. McClendon, a cousin of Augustus Vinson, but a stranger to both the defendant...
