The appellant was charged by affidavit with concealing stolen property under Burns' Ind. Stat. Anno. § 10-3017 (1956 Repl.). After a trial by jury, he was found guilty of concealing stolen property of the value of more than $100 and was sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for a term of not less than one year nor more than ten years.
