This is an action to recover benefits under the Tennessee Workmen's Compensation Law. The case originated in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee. In that Court, the trial judge ordered that the plaintiff in error, petitioner below, recover from defendant in error, defendant below, the sum of $1,116.00, which represented thirty-one weeks at $36.00 per week for temporary total disability, and $720.00 for five per cent permanent...
