Respectfully I wish to enter my dissent to the overruling of the motion to dissolve the injunction heretofore entered herein by a Judge of this court on the 20th day of March, 1963, on the verified petition of appellants, so-called, without notice, to appellees, so-called, in aid of the appellate jurisdiction of this court.
