Appellant Glassman Construction Company was the prime contractor on three contracts with the School Board of Fairfax County, Virginia, for construction of three schools in that county. It entered into subcontracts with one J. C. Harman for performance of the electrical work on each of the three jobs. Subsequently Harman entered into an agreement with appellee Fidelity & Casualty Company...
