This action was brought by the plaintiffs and appellees Harold Foos and Ann Foos as joint owners of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 22 North, Range 53 West of the 6th P.M., in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, for a judgment establishing the east boundary to said property and to enjoin the defendant from removing the survey stakes placed thereon.
