This action was brought by James E. Brown and his wife to quiet title in the oil and gas rights in an 84-acre tract of land in Muhlenberg County against the James H. Brown, Jr., heirs and the W. S. McDonald heirs. The pleadings created the issue as to which of the three sets of party litigants owns the oil and gas rights in the tract of land. The W. S. McDonald heirs and James E.
