The only issue raised by appellant-defendant on this appeal which we deem possesses sufficient merit to warrant our consideration is that plaintiff's foreclosure action is barred by sec. 180.787, Stats. This statute provides in part:

"The dissolution of a corporation shall not take away or impair any remedy available to or against such corporation, its directors, officers or shareholders, for any right...
