Holsenbeck in the City of Milledgeville, and upon first examination of the record it appeared that the plaintiffs had failed to carry the burden of proving the existence of the lost deed where no authority for the execution of such deed was proved (resolution, etc., of the Mayor & Aldermen of the City of Milledgeville...
