The claimant intestate's vehicle was struck by another vehicle while traveling on the Tarrytown Road Bridge of the Saw Mill River Parkway, a part of the Westchester County parkway system. This system and the Taconic State Parkway system are under the operation and control of the East Hudson Parkway...
