PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of shoplifting of goods of a value exceeding $20, in violation of section 709.20, Code, 1962. He appeared with his appointed attorney, pleaded guilty to the indictment and was sentenced to a term of 120 days at hard labor in the county jail. Defendant's appeal, evidently for the purpose of delay, was submitted on a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.
