This case originated from an application for benefits under the Workmen's Compensation law by the appellant, widow of one John R. Gordon who died as a result of an accident which occurred September 15, 1963. The Workmen's Compensation Board refused compensation because of its conclusion that the deceased did not suffer his injury and subsequent death in an accident that arose out of his employment, and, upon appeal, the trial court held that the Board...
