John DeMarco and his wife, Catherine DeMarco, sue the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc. and its liability insurer, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, Inc., in solido, for the full sum of Twenty-one Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-five and 92/100 ($21,435.92) Dollars.

It is alleged that on or about July 8, 1961, Mrs. DeMarco was pushing a grocery cart through the produce section of the A & P store in Hammond, Louisiana when she slipped...
