WALDEN, Judge.
This interlocutory appeal challenges the correctness of an order permitting discovery under Rules 1.27 and 1.28, Fla.R.Civ.P., 30 F.S.A.
The husband, appellant here, sued for divorce after a marriage of over thirty years. Of the issue one minor child remains for whom provision is required. The complainant asserted that he was able to pay reasonable amounts for the needs and necessities of the wife and child.
