Petitioner, Nikolaos Kusularis, seeks a review of an order of deportation and denial of his request for voluntary departure. He is a native of Greece, entered the United States at New York, in transit, on or about June 10, 1965, and obtained employment as a crewman on a ship known as the "Coral Trader." After two weeks at sea, the ship docked at Port Everglades, Florida, on June 25, 1965, and petitioner received a crewman's "shore leave" but...
