The question in the case at bar is whether there is an unlawful accumulation of income in the trusts created under paragraphs 8 and 9 of the will of Addison H. Gibson, deceased. If the accumulation is lawful, the unexpended income in each trust goes to the estate of the deceased life tenant. If the accumulation is unlawful, it goes to the trustees of the residuary estate, designated as the Addison H. Gibson Foundation...
