This is an appeal arising from interlocutory and final decrees in a bill in equity filed under the provisions of G.L.c. 40A, § 21, as amended. The first of the final decrees held that the defendant board exceeded its authority in voting to revoke a certain building permit and declared the building permit to be in full force and effect.
