Appellee, Mrs. Beatrice Dickens, sued the appellant, West Bros. of Pascagoula, Miss., Inc., a Corp., d/b/a Gibson's Discount Center for damages sustained when she tripped and fell over a flat display counter located at the end of a gondola-type display counter.
