WILSON, Justice.

The decision of an arbitrator in a nonstatutory arbitration proceeding conducted under a collective bargaining agreement was upheld by the district court. The transit company appeals. The principal question presented is whether the arbitrator's decision included matters beyond his arbitral jurisdiction. We hold it did not, and affirm.
