On January 11, 1963 a hackberry tree located on property owned by Clayton E. Pitre and Earl S. Acosta fell onto a house on adjoining property owned by Robert Farbe. Farbe sued Pitre and Acosta and their tenant, Arnold C. Klein, in solido for the resulting damage to his residence. Judgment was rendered in plaintiff's favor against Pitre and Acosta in solido in the sum of $1,161.50 plus interest and costs. No judgment whatever was rendered in respect to...
