Appellant was charged by affidavit with the commission of a robbery while armed. After a trial by jury, the appellant was found guilty and sentenced to a term of 10 years in the Indiana Reformatory. On appeal, he assigns as error the overruling of his motion for a new trial. The only specifications of the motion for a new trial are that the verdict of the jury was not sustained by sufficient evidence and that it was contrary to law.
