Was there negligence properly ascribable to the bus driver?

There is some conflict in the evidence in regard to where the bus stopped in relation to the edge of the road. At the point where the accident occurred, the northbound lane of divided Highway 41 was 22 feet 4 inches in width. The shoulder at the bus stop was 10 feet wide. The bus was 8½ feet wide. It is undisputed that the bus could have been driven off the paved portion...
