On July 15, 1966, this court, pursuant to a special jurisdictional act,1 awarded judgment to plaintiff, the Navajo Tribe of Indians. (364 F.2d 320, 176 Ct.Cl. ___.) Judgment was stayed pending the disposition of defendant's counterclaim — a matter which is now before the court on plaintiff's motion to dismiss.
