The Kansas Motion Picture Censorship Act makes it unlawful for any person to sell, lease, exhibit or use any motion picture film in this state unless the film has been submitted to and received a prior certificate of approval from the Kansas State Board of Review, and it imposes criminal sanctions on any person who violates the Act.
