This appeal arises from a proceeding instituted by the city of Medina, plaintiff (respondent), to condemn two parcels of land owned by George W. Olson (deceased) and Ray W. Brady, defendants (appellants). W.H. Cook, as executor of the estate of George W. Olson, has been substituted as a party defendant for the deceased Mr. Olson.
