OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE ROBERTS, June 24, 1966:

On September 10, 1958, appellant, while represented by court appointed counsel, was convicted by jury of murder in the second degree and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 10 to 20 years. No post trial motions were filed and no appeal taken.
