This is a consolidated case involving two actions seeking forfeiture of rights under real estate sales contracts. Mr. and Mrs. Max D. Hughes, the defendants who have appealed, argue that they were denied due process, in violation of art. 1, § 3, of the Washington Constitution, and the fourteenth amendment to the United States Constitution, by the proceedings below.
