Donald Hardy,1 defendant, was arrested for allegedly killing with a gun Anthony Bishop, 33 years of age, who was found in an automobile on Odessa Way near Lincoln Avenue in the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at 12:02 a.m., December 24, 1964. Police interrogated Hardy for approximately four and one-half hours on December 24, 1964, for fifteen minutes...
