This is a domestic relations case. Appellant, Jerry M. Hyde, instituted this suit in the form of an action for mandatory injunction seeking an order of the court requiring appellee, his wife, Mrs. Yvonne Young Hyde, to surrender to him the custody of their two minor children. He alleged, and the facts show, that the parties were married in 1958 and lived together until 1963, during which time two children...
