Appellant Chamblee appeals from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming rejection of claims 1 to 7 inclusive, of his application1 entitled "Pipe Hanger Assemblies and Methods of Running and Removing Multiple Strings in Well Bores." Claims 8 to 11, directed to a method of running a plurality of well pipe strings and packers into a well bore, were allowed by the examiner.
