PARROTT, Judge.

Robin Forbes brought this suit to recover for personal injuries allegedly sustained when an automobile driven by him collided with a switch engine of the defendant at the Tennessee Street crossing in Johnson City. The jury found in favor of Forbes and returned a verdict for $90,000. The Circuit Judge granted a $15,000 remittitur and judgment in the amount of $75,000 was entered...
