Defendant was charged with manslaughter by operation of an automobile and convicted of negligent homicide1 in the circuit court for Berrien county before a jury, June 27, 1962, and sentenced August 13, 1962. Defendant's motion for a new trial was denied. On appeal to this Court, defendant asserts error on four grounds:
