This action was commenced by the filing of a complaint by International Chemical Workers Union, a labor organization, and five individual employees of the defendant, as plaintiffs. The action is predicated on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, §§ 706(e)-(k), 42 U.S.C. 2000e-5(e)-(k). Jurisdiction of this court rests on § 706(f) of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. 2000e-5(f).
