This is a suit by Aircraft Investment Corporation against Fisher Flying Service, Inc., and Joel F. Fisher, Jr., to foreclose by ordinary process a chattel mortgage on a Piper airplane. At the time of the institution of the suit J. Howell Flournoy, Sheriff of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, had possession of the plane.
