The appellees, William Glenn and wife, having obtained a verdict and judgment against the appellant, Walser, failed to respond to his motion for an appeal to this court, and the motion was sustained. KRS 21.080; RCA 1.180. They have failed also to submit a responsive brief on the appeal. Nonetheless, in spite of the summary procedures permitted by RCA 1.260 we have reviewed the record to determine whether it sustains the appellant's brief. Our opinion...
