This is an automobile accident case. The plaintiffs sued defendants for damages for personal injuries received when an automobile driven by the plaintiff Louis Guerriero, in which his wife the plaintiff Katherine P. Guerriero was a passenger, was involved in a head-on collision with an automobile owned by the defendant Richard C.
