This is an action in tort arising out of an automobile-pedestrian accident in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. Kossuth C. Sally, (also spelled Kosuth C. Sales), was struck and killed by an automobile owned and being driven by the defendant, Joseph E. Guillory.
