Petitioner (Mrs. Azevedo) filed an application with respondent Industrial Accident Commission claiming work-induced injuries. After hearings, the commission, exercising jurisdiction to determine jurisdiction, made findings which included (1) a determination that Mrs. Azevedo's complaint involved "an intentional injury by ...
