Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of Embezzlement by Agent of the sum of $700, contrary to section 710.5, Code 1962. He appeared with his attorney, pleaded guilty to the crime charged and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding five years in the state penitentiary at Fort Madison and to pay a fine of $100 and costs, as provided by Code sections 710.5 and 709.2.
