It is whether, upon a motion for a deficiency judgment made after judgment of strict foreclosure of a real estate mortgage, the court committed error in its determination of the amount of the deficiency because it refused to deduct from the value of the property as appraised under the provisions of § 49-14 of the General Statutes the amount of a municipal sewer...
