Claimant parents filed claim as dependents under the Workmen's Compensation Act, Code, 1966, chapter 85. Ronald Murphy, their 17 year old son, was killed in a tractor accident while working as a weed mower for Franklin County. The sole issues in this case are claimants' status as dependents and, if dependents, the amount of compensation awarded.

The matter was tried before a Deputy Industrial Commissioner who found that claimants were dependent...
