Miss Frick seeks to enjoin continued distribution of a book by Mrs. Boyd entitled "Adventures in Sharing," and to obtain delivery of all copies. She contends that the book invades her "right of privacy."

A judge of the Superior Court "received for ... detailed study a copy of the book, [and] continued ... [a] restraining order." He later determined that "the existence ... of the so-called ... right of privacy in ... Massachusetts underlay the ....
